    <p>В работе изучено влияние двух добавок модификаторов, отличающихся химическим составом (SE-75 на основе композиции изопропаноламинов и карбогидратов и SE-25 на основе композиции алканоламинов и карбогидратов) на характеристики бетонов на основе различных цементов. Установлено, что в зависимости от типа применяемого вяжущего материала химические добавки по-разному влияют на прочностные характеристики бетонов. Введение SE-75 и SE-25 позволяет увеличить сохраняемость бетонной смеси, без потери прочностных характеристик на ранних этапах твердения. Установлено, что замещение части цемента активной минеральной добавкой, а также применение модификатора позволяет существенно увеличить прочностные характеристики бетонов при сравнении с составами на основе чистого цемента. Установлено, что применение добавок в дозировке 0,3–0,5 % обеспечивает повышение прочности на сжатие в возрасте 28 сут до 20 %. Альтернативным путем является снижение количества цемента в составе бетона на 10 % без потери эксплуатационных характеристик, позволяющее уменьшить себестоимость бетонной смеси на 200 руб., что положительно влияет на экономическую и экологическую состав-ляющую</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article studies the effect of two modifier admixtures with different chemical compositions (SE-75 based on a compo-sition of isopropanolamines and carbohydrates, and SE-25 based on a composition of alkanolamines and carbohydrates) on the properties of concrete based on different cements. It was found that the chemical additives have different effects on the strength properties of concrete, depending on the type of binder used. The addition of SE-75 and SE-25 improves the durability of the concrete mixture without compromising its strength in the early stages of hardening. It has been established that replacing part of the cement with an active mineral additive, as well as using a modifier, significantly increases the strength characteristics of concrete compared to those based on pure cement. It has been found that using additives at a dosage of 0.3-0.5% increases compressive strength at 28 days by up to 20%. An alternative approach is to reduce the amount of cement in the concrete by 10% without compromising the performance.</p>
