The slip forming technology of development porous highcell ceramization material with use of a method of duplication of a polymeric matrix is presented. For synthesis of highcell materials pyroxene glasses with additives of Сг 2О 3 as a crystallization stimulator have been chosen. As a result of the spent researches optimum parameters of thixotropic slip have been chosen, and also have reached high level of physical and mechanical characteristics of the received material.
