Abstract (English):
It was noted that the market of outsourcing services in Russia has been formed. Outsourcing involves the transfer of organization of certain business processes or production functions in the service of another company, specializing in the relevant field. Peculiarities of the use of outsourcing in the cement industry are reviewed.
